I recently bought an AWD kit for my bumblebee and installed it. When I tried to drive it, the front wheels did not turn. I used the longest shaft. Could Someone help me? thanks

I took the front end apart and when i turned it on and hit the gas, the back wheels turned fine but the shaft did not turn. I am using the longest shaft in the kit. The shaft assembly looks like this

================(>

== is the shaft
( is the gray bushing

I'm pretty sure i did it right. My friend has barricade and the same thing happened to him. Am i using the wrong kit, because I think there is an AWD and a 4wd kit (yes i know the same thing, but maybe different parts)
and yes, the dogbones are in the right way.

Well, if the dog bones for the front look like this D=O, the flat faced side goes in the wheel and the rounded part goes next to the diff.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, as I don't feel like tearing apart my front end at 11 at night, and I'm not sure if my memory is correct.

Are the dog bones (axles) in right?
